YieldMax ETFs just sent out their dividends today (11/16/2023).
It seems that some Fidelity investors have reported not receiving dividends from the YieldMax ETFs, such as TSLY, CONY, and NVDY, as expected.
Furthermore, there is no direct customer support contact information available for YieldMax.
Here is what you need to do if you have not received your dividend payment.
Check Ex-Dividend Date
Make sure that you invested in the fund before the Ex-Dividend date. This date is important because it determines whether you’re entitled to receive a dividend payment.
To receive your November dividend payment from YieldMax, you must have purchased their ETFs before 11/8/2023.
