Does anybody know what “null” means? I see this when I click account balance through the app.
I would call Fidelity and ask. I have seen that before when they had website issues, however my account is fine. Their phone number is 1 (800) 343-3548.
To me it means their IT team does not do a good job on the app product development and maintenance.
Even with their new updates, Fidelity’s app is still years behind what it should be.
