1099 tax forms will be made available to Fidelity customers starting on January 22. Some customers may not see their tax documents until mid-February due to unexpected delays. You may receive more than one 1099 if you have multiple Fidelity accounts.

- Login to your Fidelity account.
- Select Account & Trade > Statements.
- Click on Tax Forms.

You may receive multiple 1099s depending on your account activity throughout the year.
For example, Form 1099-R if you made trades through your Roth IRA account or Form 1099 (Consolidated) for your individual brokerage account.
