I’m trying to place a market order for $GME and this is the error I’m getting from Fidelity.
(OD0001) Your order could not be processed at this time, please try again.
Fidelity is having issues with its server at the moment. As a result, customers may be unable to place market orders. This outage is affecting both the Fidelity website and mobile app.
If you’re still having trouble placing an order on Fidelity, consider the following:
- Log out of your Fidelity account. Switch to another browser and log back in.
- In your Trade ticket, change your Order Type from a market order to a limit order.
