If you recently moved or have a new address, you need to update that on your Fidelity account. Customers can request an address change online, by mail, or in person at a local Fidelity branch.
For simplicity, this tutorial will only include instructions for online method. However, we will drop a link to the Change-of-Address Form at the end of this post.
- Login to your Fidelity account.
- Click on Profile at the top of the page.
- Locate the Address field under Personal information.
- Click Edit.
- Fill out the form and click Next to apply your updated information.
If you are not enrolled in paperless settings, Fidelity will send you important documents related to your account via your mailing address. Therefore, it is important that you keep this info up to date on the Fidelity website.
If you have a company stock plan account and are unable to update your address on the Profile page, please contact your employer to have your address updated.
